Our perfumers develop your desired scent for the diffuser format. The free sample lets you assess the fragrance in a representative space and review the assembled bottle and reeds. Scent release varies with the reed selection, formula and environment, so your feedback is part of the development process. We wait until you have received the sample and approved the agreed specification before producing your bulk order.

Planning your reed diffusers project
Can I use the same scent across a diffuser and candle?
A coordinated scent direction can be developed across formats. Each base needs its own formulation and sample evaluation, so the finished products may require adjustments.
Can I customise the reeds and bottle together?
Yes. Share the desired look and dimensions so the reed set, vessel, closure and carton can be reviewed as one pack.
Will you send me a free sample?
Yes. We send you free reed diffusers samples so you can experience the fragrance and review the product yourself. Our perfumers develop the scent from your brief, and you can share feedback after the sample arrives.
Will production start before I confirm the sample?
No. We wait until the sample has reached you and you have confirmed it. Bulk production begins only after your approval of the sample and the agreed product details.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 1,000 bottles. Tell us your product preferences, packaging and destination market so we can prepare a quotation for your order.
